MUSICAL THEATRE INTENSIVE CAMP

Step into the spotlight this summer at Florida Nationals with Dance Educators of America’s Musical Theatre Intensive. In just three days, you’ll rehearse and perform a 20-minute show, opening the Gala Awards Banquet—guided by industry pros who know what it takes to make it on stage and screen.

From audition prep to voice, dance, acting, and more—this program delivers real-world training and personalized mentorship. Classes include audition techniques, monologues, headshot selection, resume and bio writing, and multiple dance styles.

Ages 9–21 welcome. To participate, students must:

• Upload a headshot and resume (including special skills)

• Bring 32 bars of audition music (or “Happy Birthday”)

• Arrive ready to audition in dancewear with proper shoes (tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, heels if applicable)

• Pack black pants and a black skirt

• Submit a completed and notarized DEA Medical Release Form

• Stay at the designated host hotel
